goldfish in 3 gallons, 35 C. what precautions

i have two small (2inches each) goldfish, but my aquarium size is 3 gallons. more over temperature sometimes reaches here 35-40 C, though most of the time its 30 C. i m feeding total of 10 peices daily (the goldfish & koi fish food by BOYU).
tell me how should i care them and how frequently to clean the tank and how to detect any disease. i have already surfed many sites but didnt got any relevant answers.

Re: goldfish in 3 gallons, 35 C. what precautions

First of all, a 3 gallon aquarium is WAY too small for 3 goldfish. They can get to 10-12 inches long unless they're black moors. What is the type of food you are feeding them? Flakes? Pellets? Also, the temperature is way too hot for your goldfish. 35 C is 95 F. They are coldwater fish and need it to be about 60 F- 70 F. You can tell if they have a disaease if theyare not eating, act strange, or if they look strange (white spots, ripped fins, red gills, etc.) Clean the tank with a siphon hose. It's very simple and powered by gravity.*Let me know if you have questions. Hope this helped.

Im sure small fish will be fine in that tank for a little while, theyre not gonna grow to 10 inches overnight. I keep my goldfish in tropical North Queensland, and the water temperature ranges from 20C in winter (i use a heater to 23 then) to 30 in summer. They seem to do ok in 30 degrees, but cant handle much more than that otherwise they start getting stressed. So it is too hot at 35 for them, maybe you should consider getting different tropical not temperate fish for your tank.

I see that the first half of this post is over 6 months old, but in response to the recent reply:

I agree, goldfish do not grow to 10 inches overnight, however they produce such a heavy amount of waste compaired to other fish their size that they really need much larger facilities. Some people recommend a rule of 7 gallons per 1 inch of goldfish... I agree in theory once the fish is 5 inches and larger that sounds good, but even when the fish is small it needs a larger tank than other fish its size.
