I have one shubunkin female and the rest of mine all started as common feeder goldfish from WalMart. The only pic I have of my shubunkin is right after she got attacked by a cat. The holes have completely healed over now and you can hardly tell that she had a bite taken out of her. I have one male that has stayed the black/copper color and several males that have beautiful long fins/tails.

I have common goldfish about 8 and 2 young koi and "small" pond outside. Goldfish are some of my fav fish!!!!!!!!
