Gold Barb ready to Spawn???

Can somebody tell me if my Gold Barbs are ready to spawn?

I have noticed something strange on my gold barb's anatomy, this one is a female big and fat but it has its anus a little bit swollen and it's red, don't see any signs of constipation.
