The other day I was looking at my ghost shrimp and I noticed a pulsing pink thing inside the shrimps body, right behind its eyes. Can anyone tell me what this might be?

Whatever you fed him. I used to think strange things when my shrimp were pink from flakes (omega one) and then when I fed them algae wafes it was green inside them. Crazy I know.

My ghost shrimp has the same thing! I saw it after he recently molted and I thought it was his heart or something...

Are you sure it's food Master Snake? I don't think their food would be pulsating like that...and I feed my ghost shrimp algae wafers all the time and it never turns green...
