Ive been wanting to put one of my ghost shrimps with my Male betta and im wondering if its safe to have them both together?

oh and also i want to know how many ghost shrimps can you have together?

I am no ghost shrimp expert so sadly i cannot help you there but i am sure someone more knowledgeable in the area of ghost shrimps will be along soon

Your betta would probably love ghost shrimp, but not for the reason you'd like. He'd most likely find them a yummy snack.

They don't carry much of a bio load so you could have several in a tank but I wouldn't suggest them for a betta tank.

This thread is a bit old, somehow I missed it.

I keep Ghost Shrimps with one of my male Bettas. He seems to ignore them and they don't seem afraid of him. Then again, individual differences in the fish temperament might determine if this would work or not.
