I'm sorry, I can't tell what it's doing by the pic, having a snack?

watch him carefully and you might end up with a cool little bottom cleaner. I have several ghosts, and a couple are almost 2" long now!

Yes they are the cutest...BUT I wasn't all that happy to see that he was eating a guppy fry though...That's what this one is doing in the pic ...but I guess it's survival of the fittest.

I have never seen mine hunt or kill anything, so it's possible that the guppy was already gone. I have seen mine tear apart a small dead oto, so I left it for them to eat. They're great little scavengers.

Sry for the loss of the fry. But it was most likely dead already, therefore the shrimp was just doing his job. Keep an eye on the little guy though, you never know.

Actually, i also have a small gold inca snail, and thats the first thing I do in the morning is look for him and the shrimp. if I see them all clustered together then I know something died during the night. I also know I have no problems with something rotting and fouling the tank, these guys don't give it a chance to rot. However, i did find a really cool little pleco skeleton once.

My eyes are so bad I couldn't see what he was doing....I agree, I'm certain the little guppy fry was most likely dead when the shrimp found it.....Your shrimpy is very cute!
