I have 4 adult gost shrimp in my 29 gal and about 8 four week old baby shrimp in a 2-1/2 gal tank. I need to move the adult shrimp in with the babies so I can treat the main tank for ICH. How big should the babies be where I don't need to be concerned about them becoming lunch for the adult shrimp?

Raising the temperature to 83F for a full two weeks is a very affective treatment for ick that will not require medication that would hurt your shrimp. Be sure to change 25% of the water every day to replenish the oxygen lost in the warmer temperatures. Good Luck

Thanks for the quick reply. I raised the temp to 84 for a few days and didn't see any improvement. I guess I didn't wait long enough. Thanks for the advice.

good luck with the ich, it usually becomes quite an issue even after its all gone. Keep that water quality up.
