GhostShrimpBreeder

I know all my threads are about dumb questions but i just ask a lot!
Anyway... I would like to know if 40 ghost shrimp would do good in a 10gal? (with filter) and i want to breed them... but here is my problem.... i have 9 ghost shrimp now. One of them has eggs and if the eggs hatch will the little shrimp get sucked up in the filter?
