I found some ghost shrimp(or whatever they are) in some weed i got from the store and i don't know what to do or what to feed them. I need help,

They're scavengers, they will eat excess fish flakes, fish waste and anything else like that. You could supplement their diet with shrimp pellets specially formulated for them, but they should be fine just rooting around in your substrate (assuming you already have fish in there).
