Odd question for you.

I want to name my cafe in Cafe World "house of hunger" but in french. I had 5 years of it but it was so long ago that I forget alot of it. I'm a perfectionist, so I really want it to be grammatically correct. How would I properly translate that?

French is usually fairly straightforward, particularly when compared to English. In fact, there aren't many languages that are more complicated than ours.

Oh I know, right? lol I had forgotten how complicated English was until my son started getting alot farther into learning to read in school. It is just too soon to teach them about the language rule breakers, and they are more interested that they phonetically spell things properly; but it is hard for me to see him spell things the way they make sense and not correct him!

I question the whole "phonics" thing. I know it gets the idea across, but I've seen the results of it. Too often, in the American education system, children are told "good enough" and allowed to plateau.
But then, if our language wasn't crafted by madmen, we wouldn't be having this discussion at all... (on the other hand, we also wouldn't have Gallagher, and that would be a shame. )
