Does anyone know how to scan a photo then resize photo to and down load to profile or can this be done?

I have multible paper photos that I scanned on pc and tried that site how much do I resize to get to site specs 100% or 75% or 50% or 25%? I tried 75% but after going to FL and upload pics I have a fatel error?

There's no real way to answer this question with the information we have now. Without knowing how large (both in terms of file size and image dimensions) your current pictures are, we can't tell you what percentage to reduce by to hit a target.

Rather than trying to reduce by raw percentage, try reducing to a specific width/height. On picresize.com, they have an option to resize to a custom size, as show here:

Try those settings and see if it works.

I'd need to see the exact error text to be sure("fatal error" can be a number of things), but it's likely because the pictures are still too large.
