So, I put an add in my local craigslist in hopes of finding new homes for all of my molly fry. None of my
LFS wanted them. I have over 15 fry I'm trying to rehome, for free. I've had about 12 offers! Some are vague and some sound pretty legit. Does anyone have experience in dealing with this sort of thing?
Some of the responses are "I"ll take them all!! Call me now!!!", and then there's what I expected "I have a new tank and want a sturdy fish" or "I have a set up community tank... experienced aquarium keeper."
I'm a stay at home mom and don't exactly want just anyone coming to my house in the middle of the day to check out the fry even if they are an experienced fish person or a mom looking for a fish for her kid's tank.
How do I go about this responsibly and safely? So far I've emailed back the ones that don't creep me out and asked exactly how many they are looking for. What do I do next?
I could use some good advice. I'm a Craigslist virgin!
