| Snow!
The forecast was for rain to start last night, turning to sleet, then about 1/2" of snow.
They closed the schools yesterday before anything started to fall.
It started tosnow about an hour ago and still going strong. It's so pretty!

Our usual snow fall is what you see in the first picture and that only happens maybe 2 or 3 times during the winter. | |

| Well.. its coming down here in east tn as well.. they are saying up to 16 inches for us (we are way north of knoxville)...
I have been called by work with offers to come pick me up to make sure I get in tonight.... guess I can't get out of it huh... | |

| If anyone wants snow you can come up to ND! We got 24 in. during our Christmas storm. Last weekend we had another 3 day storm with 4 more in. and -30 degree mornings 3 days in a row and they NEVER CANCELED SCHOOL! Even for up here that's ridiculous. Life just keeps movin along, I guess. | |

Stay safe Angela! | wow, at least you all finally got some snow!! Its about 4 inches here and still coming down strong... makes me worry because our weather is about 4 hours behinds your alls and theres still a ton of snow to get through.
I am at work and praying I get relief and that my father in law can pick me up if Steve gets stuck here as well (hes about a block away from me working)... I just wanna get home sleep for a few hours then wake up and get my boys out with their sleds!

I have bulb sprouts poking up already. (a month early!) It's been so warm here this month.....upper 40's. hehe | |

The limbs on the trees are bent over from the sleet/ice we had last night.
Cross fingers our power stays on.

| We're getting freezing rain here. A few trees are starting to droop, but I don't think we're supposed to get huge accumulations of it. I am glad my big branch fell earlier in the year. I wouldn't want it hitting the roof with ice on it. | |

| We got like 8 inches, and it is still coming down! Supposed to get a few more today! My friend and I went out sledding and it was AMAZING! The roads are packed and there is a great hill in front of my house! SOO much fun Now we are making snow cream... yummy!
Here we get school cancelled/delayed for ANY snow at all, even just an inch. People in NC are scared to death of snowy roads... especially bus drivers | |

| thats nothing up in PA about a month ago we got 18 inches!! it's the most snow we had in december in 100 years, my dog is a small breed so when she went in the snow all you could see was her head | |

It hasn't melted a bit here. There's a nice icy layer on top of the snow. My car is frozen shut. lol
My daughter and I dug her old toboggan out and went sledding down a hill in the back yard.
