Which Female guppy is having babies

Hi Guys
I need a little help. I have a fairly new tank only a small one which i have 8 female guppies, 4 male guppies, 3 Neon Tetras, 2 Panda Catfish (babies) and Plec.
I have noticed that i have 1 baby guppy, but as nearly all on my females are pregnent, i don't know which one has started, and trick or signs i should be looking for.

Many thanks

I'd just wait until it grows big enough to see some markings on him which identify him as being the child of one of them.

Otherwise you could technically gauge how old he is - assume they get pregnant a few days after they give birth, and work it out that way - but that's kinda too much hard work.

Look for a dark gravid spot, this is the area of the belly near the anal fin. Also the female may be tring to exclude herself from the other fish.

Your tank is 52 Litres, about 13 Gallons. Your tank is WAYY overstocked, is your pleco a common pleco?

The problem (I tried to edit my post but the server burped and lost it ), is that given he only sees ONE, the rest were eaten. So if 3 guppies gave birth at the same time, and all other fry were eaten, its not going to help to see the gravid spot, since 3 will have it. (I took 3 as an example)

Ahh, that makes a lot of difference

Guppies and other livebearers will reproduce like mad. If you give them good conditions they'll all start breeding, so it hardly matters who started.

I'm confused.
Your first post says you have a small tank.
The aquarium info says 52 Liters.
Post #5 says the tank is 52 Gallons, which isn't a small tank at all.
