| Can't wait for tomorrow! I expect my order from Jakarta, Indonesia to arrive tomorrow. I ordered 100 juveniles M Boesemani (Boesemani Rainbowfish), 30 juveniles G incisus (Red Salmon / Irian Red Rainbowfish) from which I requested as many females as possible and six A Percula (Clown fish).
I did major maintenance in six tanks this week: first I worked on the 145gal and today I did huge partial water changes with R/O processed drinking water for four Perfecto 30Breeder tanks (each holding approximately 23 gals of water: 70% WC each) and my Aqueon 26 (holding approximately 22 gals of water: 50%WC). I took apart all the impellers and cleaned them. I found a faulty power head and replaced it. I rinsed all the filter media in R/O water and replaced the activated charcoal in the tanks using it.
I'm taking a brake now. I have to work on my Nano Reef as well as the living room's community.
I love having time to work around with my tanks. Can't wait for my new fishies (ETA Monday 11th, 9PM ET).

I never actually knew how many tanks you had lol. | I have enough tanks to keep them as juveniles and if needed to, I would get a couple of six footers for them (I have enough space in my office for that). In a year or so, when they mature into adulthood, I will sell most of them (at a much higher price) while keeping for breeding purposes a much lower number of "hand picked" specimens.
I do overstock some of my tanks and I don't encourage anyone to do the same. There is a big risk in loosing everything if something goes wrong (has happened to me twice). Doing this requires extra maintenance, extra filtration, and somewhat frequent water parameter testing (as dissolved O2, CO2, GH, KH, TDS as well as pH and Nitrates).

| 16 Glossolepis incisus (Red Salmon Rainbowfish) instead of 30. 45 Melanotaenia Boesemani (Boesemani Rainbowfish) instead of 100. Zero Amphirion Percula (Clown fish) instead of 6... but guess what? I got two nice sized corals from Fiji, and a very young female Pterosynchiropus splendidus (Mandarin Goby).
From another store I got three Dormitator maculatus (Fat Sleeper Goby) juveniles (to grow with a male I got last Saturday), 10 Xyphocaris elongata (Yellow Nose Shrimp) juveniles (some are practically babies), 5 Macrobrachium species (long arm shrimp) of which 4 are young adults and 1 very young specimen.
I finished acclimation of the Mandarin Dragonet and the Red Salmon Rainbowfish (looks like this time I got some females!). Time to get the Boesemani Rainbowfish in their tank and put some more tank water in the corals bags.

| Wow! Definitely put pics up ASAP! I remember being amazed at the Mandarin gobies I've seen in aquariums, sounds like there should be some amazing tanks coming up shortly. |

I'm OK with that. In all I brought home 65 fish, 15 shrimps, and two corals...

I got a second hand six footer 125gal (taking my pair of Tiger Oscars to the office) and a brand new glass pre-drilled four footer 90gal (at discount price).
On top of that, a custom built five footer is on the design table (has been for a while). As for SW I'm sticking within the Nano range, I just can't afford the cost of energy the big SW tanks need considering the pumps and lighting needed (imagine a 200gal reef).

| I'll get better pics for you tomorrow. I have taken a few but my abilities as photographer suck (despite using the "Intelligent Auto" mode of the camera and putting a lot of effort in cleaning the external glass of the tank).
I have lost two of the Red Salmon/Irian Red Rainbowfish but all others are doing great; I spent two days worried about the female Mandarin Dragonet: the male took her over and she was out of sight for 48 hours, I removed the back cover (a 1/8" corksheet adhered with double side tape) to find her there eating pods comfortably... It was today that I saw both of them together for the first time outside their sheltered home... I am concerned about two or three Ricordea yumapolyps that still look streesed; had to dip the Zoanthids in a 2 minutes R/O water as medication since most polyps remained close and some were developing a whitish mucus (this worked as a charm!) everyone else is adapting quite well.
So as I (hopefully) get better pics for you, I leave you this ones:
The first pic shows my smalled polyped Green Zoanthids from Fiji (not confirmed species ID yet). The second one shows the Purple (or is it Red?) Ricordea yuma also from Fiji (you can see a wild caught Orange Caribbean Ricordea florida fragment to the left of it).
As for the bows please wait and let me try to get better pics for you.
