I was thinking about stacking 55gal tanks to add more tanks without increasing the footprint. Does anyone have any experience with this and is it easier to build a stand or does anyone know a brand to buy. Any information would be appreciated, or any considerations.

I have a 55 with a 20 long underneath. There are specific stands (metal) that are made to double up tanks. I've asked for a double 29 for christmas....
Anyway, just because there is a shelf underneath doesn't mean it's a double.

On a side note, I'm looking around for an industrial grade 3 tier rack that can hold a few thousand lbs. I'd like to have several tanks on this structure.
