| Wish me luck! :) Just placed a bid for a group of 12 lamprologus hecqui for the Tanganyika tank. The auction ends in a bit, I hope I win! http://www.aquabid.com/cgi-bin/aucti...dst&1259174508 Last edited by harpua2002; November 25th, 2009 at 12:00 PM.

| LOL... the seller combines shipping so hubby also ordered 5 cyprichromis leptosoma "tri color". We're trying to figure out shipping with the seller, I'll keep you all updated!
Anyone know anything about air cargo shipping? I'm assuming we'll have to pick up at the airport. |

I picked up some shells at Walmart today in the craft dept and did another 50% water change. We're gearing up for their arrival, even though we don't have an arrival date! |

| Yes Tony, they are some of the largest shell dwellers. They are going in our new 55 gallon Tanganyika tank with our neolamprologus pulcher "daffodil" and julidochromis ornatus. Tanganyika cichlids are SO AWESOME! |

| I bet you could do a species only tank in a 30 long. Actually, if you went with a smaller species like ocellatus or multifasciatus, you could do a 20 gallon easy.
We plan to upgrade to a 75 when we run across a good deal on Craigslist, since we are keeping multiple species. |

| Well I know the feeling lol, we just set up this 55 gallon because it was all stuff we had sitting around. We have literally spent $70 so far, and that was just for the daffodils and ornatus that we added, plus a bag of shells.
The tank, stand, and decor was just sitting around the house lol. |
