i just found a dragonfly in my tank!

i was just taking an algae wafer out of my tank and as i lifted the lid my girlfriend spotted a green dragonfly which was hanging from the light. its pretty big aswell. i can only assume it has come into the tank on a plant as it is lava, seeing i live in england where it is basically winter at the moment so one couldnt of flown in from outside.

it looks really like this

also i have about 8 little snails which look like this. does anyone know what these are?

heehee, do you have any fish in there or just random critters? I wonder if your danios will try eating those bugs.

I have those same snails in my brackish and my freshwater. They come in off plants. I just call them pond snails. Don't know their real name, though. I like them because they keep my sand stirred up. But, they may eat plants and they can reproduce like crazy if there's lots of food for them.

the damselfly fell into the water and the danios killed it . there is still the weird thing that looks like from alien in there which appears to be the stage before the damselfly gets wings.
