My mom's blog is in a contest for the "Funniest Homeschool Blogger". She is in the lead right now, but someone else is gaining on her pretty fast. They are only 14 votes behind her and the voting ends at midnight tonight.

Now, for the question: Would it be OK for me to leave a link to her blog and a link to where you can vote in a post asking people to vote for her? It is legal in the contest to ask people to vote for you, I just didn't know if it was OK for me to leave the link on here. I have posted pictures of my fish a couple of times, but she never posts about fish, so it's not a competing site.

Can anyone help?

I think it would be ok.
We've had established members asking for votes in other contests.

I want to emphasize established. This means people can not join the forum just to ask for votes in a contest.
