I can't believe all she got was cited for "careless driving"! What about child endangerment, public violations, unrestrained child, etc. Jeeze and all those poor fish! At the very least, she should have her license taken away.

she should have been cited for reckless endangerment and reckless driving.

Careless driving would be running over a stop sign, not careening through pedestrian-filled areas and into buildings.
