One of my Guppy boys has mysteriously vanished and I can't figure out what happened. I did a big clean and water change yesterday, and last night before bed I was sitting here watching them play in the filter outlet. I get up this morning, and when I give them breakfast I'm down a guppy. He's definately not in the tank, I've lifted rocks and everything - no sign at all. The tank is covered, and I see no way of him jumping out, but because he's jumped out once before when I had the lid off I've searched the floor too. Nothing. How does a fish just disappear I'm really sad now, I'd got really attached to these fun little guys. And it's raining and flooding again too. Sucky day

Sorry to hear about your guppy. Have you checked the filter, is there a possibility to be sucked up inside?

Yeah, there's no way he could get sucked into the filter. I wish it was as simple as that, not knowing is almost as bad. I'm depressed now. And my other guppy is lonely.
