I bought a bubble counter with a check valve about a couple of weeks ago and I recently got it today since it was shipped from Asia. I tried using it but it wasn't working so I probably put it together wrong. So I tried to take the air tube out of the check valve and next thing you know the top tube broke off. BLAH!!! The item did not cost much, it was about $6.20 but I was really anticipating on receiving the item and the first day I got it, it broke!!!!!!

ohhhh mannnn errrgggggg! Thats so frustrating, as I have broke check valves, and airstones immediately out of the package, its sure a drag ( it'll pass and venting is good) Nothing to add except solidarity here..

that has to be a major pain and frustrating ...especially where sending it back means more time and you pay the shipping! grrrrrrr is right....

I order all my fun things from kens and his quality, shipping methods/costs are quick and very reasonable as well...

Oh I hate it when that kind of stuff happens as well... Hope you can get a refund and complain or something. Tell them, "I live so far away from asia and took the trouble to order this thing, and what do you know? It broke before I could use it!"

It is a drag! but I e-mailed the store owner and he said I just have to show a proof of picture to confirm it is broken and he will send me a replacement. Now I just have to wait again!

I know it's frustrating. I bought a Nemo veggie clip for $1 and broke it getting it out of the packaging. LOL I had my heart set on Nemo holding some romaine for my Silver Dollars. Oh well. Plant weights do the same thing.

No, kensfish is out of Massachusettes. "Our" Ken is in South Carolina I had the same question until I placed an order and saw where it came from
