Need to Identify My Cichlid

I have had these for a little under two years now along with some Blood Parrots and Yellow Labs but I just cannot seem to identify them. They appear to be male and female so I would love for them to breed but need to know what they are so as to provide the best breeding conditions. I have been very successful in breeding my Yellow labs and would like to give these are try...Please Help!!!

Well the last two pictures look like an Albino Pecock Cichild. Here is one: http://www.liveaquaria.com/images/ca...eacockcich.jpg

Could it be this: http://www.gcca.net/fom/Melanochromis_vermivorus.htm ?

Albino Melanochromis vermivorus?

Thanks

Your input has really been helpful. I think it more closely resembles the Melanochromis vermivorus as my fishes do not have the blue hue in the first suggession.

I will proceed with that profile and see what happens.

Thanks much

I did some research and my pair is indeed the Albino Melanochromis vermivorous because the female has the golden hue and the male looks pretty much like the photo on the site. They have been seperated now so I'll let you know if I have any success with my breeding attempts.

Sounds great! I'm no cichlid expert and that was just a shot in the dark, but I'm glad it looks correct.

That's so cool that both mom and dad are albinos; will all the babies be albino too? Can't wait to see the updates if they spawn!
