I have a Motorola Krzr and at one time I had a cd for it so I could transfer pics etc to my computer from it or visa versa. Anyway I don't have that CD anymore and I've got a new computer since i installed the program. I snooped about online and found
this site. I downloaded the advised file (step 4) but now I've run into a problem (or two).
Problem 1) it says I need to install a driver... I've done this, multipule times now, but as soon as I plug my phone in it says I need a driver. <bang head on table>
Problem 2) I'm not really sure how to run the program. I click on the download and it opens up in Winrar. A skim through the files shows one that ends in .exe . When I click on it it opens up the program but doesn't acknowlege my phone as being conected.
Problem 3) Now whenever I try to open the .exe file it freezes and doesn't respond anymore....
What did i do? My antivirus scanned the files I don't think I picked up a virus...
