I'm currently renting a house until we find a place to buy, and my dad says he doesn't want me to have a fish tank until we've bought a house! What is there to do?? I mean, I'm going from 2, almost 3, tanks to none! :P
Hopefully it won't take too long for us to buy a house.
Get a stand so the fish tanks take up less space. You know like a multishelved wooden stand if your tanks are smaller like 20 gals. Thats what I would do. I am running out of space in my room so that is what I am goint to do. Those could cost 15$+ if your lucky. I have seen them for that at the swapmeet and They looked like antiques
I've already sold my tanks, fish and plants. I still have the equipment. My dad said no fish tanks at all, so that won't work. I'm trying to convince him to let me do a planted shrink bowl.
That is very sad. I have my own room in a plenty roomy house so I hope I never go through that or a tank limit. I hope you get fishtanks soon. Sorry I hope you get better luck.
well... Technically an ADF and a snail isn't a fish. Seriously, though, I would be broken hearted if I were you. I'm sorry you have to deal with getting rid of your fish! !

Good morning. Hate to hear that you've had to give up your tanks for now. I'm sure Dad has his reasons. If something were to happen to the tanks, leaking or a blow out it could really cause some damage to the rented property causing more expense for your family. That may be an issue with your Dad as well.
