Well, Im back home!!
Thanks everyone!
Strong consistant, just not productive contractions.
The doctors words, Not today, prob tomm but not today...
Gee... makes me feel dumb! You would think, my 3rd kid I would know what to do. But having Steve the "paramedic" tell me I need to be checked at the hospital thats pretty much my desion maker. He is off tomm from work, and staying next door (due to the "separation" so he is just a phone away. Actually if I yell loud enough he would hear it.

You know I got to thinking on the way home how crazy this is, instead of getting my mom (which is a nutcase) to come with me I call my husband that I am divorcing and my father in law when I need to go to the hospital.
I honestly think I could stomach being around an x than my family?
Things with Steve are so "tense" its not even funny. But we still talk everyday like "friends" and he is a part of the kids life. One thing for sure though, he is being supportive through this pregnancy. If he wasn't I would have totally mistook him after knowing him as long as I have for someone else. He is a caring person. We just do not get a long.

Steves poor dad was the one who had to take me down there, with the walk from the er to the l and d triage I thought they were going to have to give him oxygen and a breathing treatment. His big surgery is Tuesday, hes not doing so well breathing wise. Im thinking that tumor is right in his airway. If I saw his xray I would know for sure, but where they took the biopsy it looks like thats whats causing his shortness of breath. (My hopes is that after Tuesday he will be breathing a lot better).

Sorry for the double post....

BTW right now I am having what they call " back labor" I did this with my first child, and it took about 3 days of this wonderful "pain" before I went into full blown labor.
I spent 2 nights with my back to the shower it was the only thing to relieve the pain. My back is so sore it feels like someone has beat it with a baseball bat. To beat it all the contractions are still there! Still consistant.... I guess I will get the big OH NO! moment any time.

Ill probably get a call tomm from my regular doctor, there was the "doctor on call" that saw me tonight that wanted to send me home with my second child when I was there for my water breaking at home. DUH! Water breaking? Not labor? She ended up keeping me and delivering a baby that day...
My reg ob will throw a FIT because all the stuff that has went on this past couple weeks with the babies heart rate, my swelling in my legs/feet/hands, my bp...Id be surprised if she don't chew the other doctor out for sending me home.
They even noticed tonight that her heart rate wasn't "up to par" and made me change positions several times.... Ive got a feeling of a c-section?

Hang in there girl. They definitely only come out when they want to. I think Megan would still be in there today if she had had anything to do with it. Sometimes they get just a bit too comfy in there and they need a little PUSH. Nice bumpy dirt roads sometimes help things along a bit....you know go muddin have some fun get good and dirty and then you will have to go before you can even get the mud off of yourself. LOL

lol, so I could go start the lawnmower and mow all night to help it

I had to laugh on the way home she stuck her arm straight out and poked my belly out to where I could feel her (just had to be) little hand almost as if she was saying "the walls are closing in on me!! help!!" She had her butt stuck o ut the other day to the point I could take a newborn diaper to my belly and see that her little butt would fit, I thought about measuring clothes that way but didn't want to seem insaine to my kids...
My 3 year old asked if sissy needed to poo poo since I put a diaper up to my belly.... he also makes me take a bite of whatever he is eating so little sissy can try it too. I swear he is going to be a WONDERFUL big brother.

Well- I am going to try to lay down and sleep a bit, maybe if I get a little rest when I go into "full blown" labor I won't be so exhausted.

I will say though history repeating itself, Steve has worked 10 days straight and all other previous pregnancies before he has a history of coming off a long stretch of working without a break when I go into labor, the first time he hadn't slept in 3 days from workm the second he had just come off a 36 hour shift... So if history repeats itself... you know what will happen.
Im thinking neither of us will sleep and I will end up at 4 am going into f ull blown drive 100mph to the hospital labor.

At least we both ended up with a day off work tomm out of it.

Angela it happens. My second girl was like that. My wife had some close contractions and notice her plug came off so we went to the L&D and checked her out and sent her home so we come home took a nap we got up to go get the oldest one from day care and walking to the garage her water broke. Her face was one of those you never forget. haha. Hang in there.
