How Much Would You Sell For?

Hey Guys, unfourtunately I am going to be giving up the hobby...it is beginning to be something that I do not enjoy as much as I used to and I really have no time for keeping my fish happy! (Full time college/work/getting married). So I was just wondering what price you would put on my setup if you were to sell it? Here is what would be included...

50G Tank with Stand and Canopy
60G Filter
2 heaters (50w/100w)
Extra filter bags/carbon
Gravel and Sand
10 Fake plants
Rock and Log decorations
driftwood
Flourescent lighting
Moonlights
Digital Thermometer
Water conditioner/food/medications
API test kit

Thanks guys!

here are some pictures of what it looks like...the first being the most recent

In my area, I'd say no more than $200 for everything. In CA, it might be different though.

I know you don't want to hear this but most tanks second hand go for about $1 per gallon, the fact that you have extras like stand, canopy etc.. i would suggest starting a little higher than that about $1.50 per gallon and see from there. (maybe start at $125 OBO??)

All of my tanks have been bought second hand at $1.00 per gallon some even less than that per gallon.

Remember this is just my personal opinion, your tank looks lovely and well cared for and should go for more than that, but with the economy this is what i have seen tanks going for on craigslist etc.. ones that are lots higher than this keep getting re-advertised.

Good luck on selling

Anna

EDIT: it might be worth spending a week watching prices on craigslist and seeing what sells and what doesn't.

My suggestion isn't going to answer your question.
It's obviously a very nice set up.
Why not tear it down and store it? Once you get married, graduate and life settles down you might decide to take up the hobby again.

I bought a similar set up in a garage sale for$125, but if it were mine I would not let it go for less than $225.
