I started off with buffalo wings and ranch sauce..then moved onto ground beef burgers infused with minced onion, served along side corn cobs grilled in the husk. And finished it all off with chocolate fudge.

All of it was home made (except the ranch dressing). And all of it had 3 ingredients or less! Buffalo wings are butter, cayenne pepper sauce and chicken. Fudge is chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk.

I would take a photo, but we pretty much hoovered it all up at dinner time.

I had 3 plates of sushi, a small gold award winning sake. Went home and had Peanuts with a Heineken light to finish off the night!

I had a peanut butter sandwich on french bread. And tonight I have dips (mayonaissey dairy-ish yummyness) and pitta breads with some apple and carrot. I eat like a fussy three year old. And everything washed down wiyh caffeine free diet coke
