Anything you would add I want something large to complement the small ones....Or should I leave it the way it is.

1 tiny pleco
2 cory's
10 neons
5 guppies
1 molly
3 1 and a 1/2 inch things (they have no eyes!)

you have a 35 gal and after a few months that tiny pleco may get huge depending on the species... I would first find out what type of pleco it is before looking for something big, cuz he may be your big fish soon

I have the same breed in a larger tank and yes he will get big. But that took years so I should be okay for now!
