It's actually not all that different from a few different existing coffee creations. It's fairly close to
con pana, which is espresso and whipped cream (some people garnish with cinnamon.)
If you like that, you should try a Thai coffee (or Vietnamese coffee.) Traditionally, it's a latte flavored with sweetened condensed milk (a tablespoon or two in a 10 oz latte). I've made a Thai
au lait, which is 50/50 steamed milk/brewed coffee, flavored with a couple tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk, dusted with cinnamon... It's dessert with a caffeine kick.
Jeez... Now I've made myself want a Thai coffee. I'm going to pack on a couple of pounds tomorrow at work.
