I swear the man who complains about all the fish tanks in the house is got it just as bad as me.
We went out and stopped by a couple fish stores and he keeps going back to a 40g breeder tank set to make a reef out of... I told him after the baby and we got settled with a sleeping sced etc I would upgrade since he wanted one so bad.... lol

Then I took him to see the pond stuff where I had planned to put a pond in the back yard this summer and the opps came along. I decided next summer on it. He went through this big elaborate idea of making one as big as our porch (10x10) and pretty deep for koi.... I would settle for a 50g pond but since he wants the large one... I guess I'll bend (lol)
His plans are to build a big frame, put rocks around it, plants...
It will include getting a backhoe to dig up a spot. But hey, its his idea. I def will love it!

Wow if he actually does it that would be awesome! I would love a koi pond on my porch Maybe if he gets a jump start on it, it can be something relaxing to sit by when things get hectic with the new baby I wish my husband had MTS....in my dreams, lol

Oh mine is in so many ways. Right now hes on a wild bird watching/feeding kick (with is bachlors he has studing wildlife) he is reverting back to that. I think there are some creatures he wants to see come around just becaue of the pond..
This is all on "landscaping" with my fish hobby thrown in. Since we can't have supper big tanks for the house at least we can go all the way with a koi pond.
