Aside from what the obvious answer must be which everyone will think are my silver dollars, I have been experiencing my plants actually getting eaten *gasp* This problem only occurred recently, previously my silver dollars never snacked on my plants or at least never left damage this bad, the leaves look like they've been nibbled down like how a caterpillar does to a leaf lol

I'm trying to think aside from the silver dollars which of my other fish must be snacking on my greens

My aquarium profile was just updated ... any suggestions appreciated

Silver dollars. Watch them when the lights go out, that's when they truly snack. Seems a bit overstocked/compatibility issues.../

I heard live bearers are a bit of a plant nibbler but mine don't snake on my plants. and i don't think it will be the silver dollar, they are more carnivores, but i have a angelfish and they are carnivores but he nips at a few of my plants.

also, ur tank sounds a little crowded, how big are ur silvers?

I have to vote for the Silver Dollars eating the plants. I have plastic plants and I've seen the Silver Dollars actually pull leaves off of them. Completely stripped to the point it was just a stem in the tank. The leaves they pulled off I found floating they didn't eat them.

my platys and gourami will eat plants too.

My platies love to eat plants... as well as my Gourami's when I had them.
Yes, the big culprit has to be the SD's... but you have a smaller stealth group there that may be helping them.

the 5 silver dollars are about 3-4 inches - the major reason for me getting the 55g was because the 29g was too small and now I have to go bigger, those little buggers, the only reason I'm getting overstocked is because of my fish rescues the platies I got from another tank I bought and the khuli loaches I got from my crazy fish friend who gifted them to me when my GSP died and the 4 guppies were originally feeder fish for my GSP but he didn't eat them and since they survived I transferred them into my 55g.

I think it may be the 2 platies as well, I've never had plant issues with my silver dollars, as BadWolf said, they are bit more of meat eaters because when I feed them the dried shrimp they gobble them up right fast, looks like little pink footballs stuffed in their mouths lol but I'm not ruling them out.
