Mid life

Good morning. I've been having trouble dealing with my mid life crises over the past year or so....instead of getting a little red corvet and driving all over town trying to recapture my youth, I think a new 200g + tank would help quiet nicely! teehee Shawnie, Lucy, CapeKate how did you get through yours? LOL

My kids say I'm replacing them with fish. Now that they're getting older and kind of doing their own thing, they forget, Mom actually has interests of own.
Imagine that!

lol, wish I had a reason to get a large tank!
It's good that you're dealing with it in a healthy manner, my father dealt with it by divorce.

I started traveling. My hubby doesn't travel well so I went without him. My first trip was to England, second to England and Italy and next to Hawaii. I guess I am through my crisis now because I haven't been anywhere in a year or so, but I do have my fishy hobby now and it really is relaxing. I think I was having empty nest syndrom instead of mid life crisis.

I'm going through my quarter-life crisis...does that count for anything?

I just realized I've been on this earth for 23 years and haven't done anything of consequence...it's so depressing.

Thanks for being such good sports. Another reason I really enjoy coming to this site. Not just to learn but to have fun as well. Tavel, hang in there. You're young and have a long ways to go. Hopefully one day you'll have a standing ovation all to yourself
