Question: Water bugs?

I was feeding my fish just a bit ago and noticed on the top of my 20 gallon, there were tiny little brown spots that looked liked bubbles or eggs. I went to touch one and it bounced away across the water in little jumps. I looked closer and it almost looked like a flea, there were a bunch of them too. Do you think this could be bad? Thanks.

They are probably water fleas( daphnia). Your fish should love them
