| Darn You Fishloreans! You're all contagus and should be quarantined immediately! LOL! Ok, maybe I should start with the whole story(and change you all to we all). I just got my first tank cycled and rescued a lovely betta boy who I've named Finneus Betta Fish (Fin), and on my way home from work I stopped at our local walmart to pick up some food for fin, and somehow wound up walking out with a brand new 5gal setup (and I just finished cycleing the 10!) and plans for a full blown betta sanctuary rolling through my deluded mind! Ok, ok, so I'm not actually complaining. I'm enjoying every minute of it. Fish keeping has given me something that I haven't had in over a decade, true peace and relaxation, and something to truly engage my mind (there's always something to research!). I really want to thank everyone for being so supportive and helpfull, and sharing your knowledge with those of us who are just discovering this endlessly facinating hobby. And Lucy: I just love your cat-quarium pic! |

| we are MORE than happy to enable MTS, especially when it comes to betta babies! don't worry, before long you'll have a whole room full of boys and girls (like all 11 of mine, lol) |

| I'm honestly plotting how to re-inforce the three shelves on my wall that combined could prolly hold, 24-30 2.5 gal hexes. Unfortunately that would also mean I'd have to figure out a way to steal power from the rest of the house without burning it down 'cause my room only has 1 outlet. And don't even get me started on what I'd put in the kitchen if my roomie'd let me get away with it.(400gal reef anyone?) |

| lol, extension cords are your best friend, and so are surge protectors
dang, your room only has one?!?! i dont know how id survive with that! between my laptop, tv, cell phone charger, 360, and 8 fish tanks, i'd be in a bit of a bind with only one outlet! |

| I know what you mean. You walk in to your local store with intent of buying something so miniscule like fish food and you end up buying a whole new setup or piece of equipment. In my situation I'm eyeing a new bio cube for SW. |

| Hehe, my Roomie's are slowly being over run with tanks.
I set my big tank up upstairs. Mostly b/c my tiny little room is swamped down here. However I'm moving into a new apartment next month... and I'll have to figure out what to do with all of the tanks then... |

| I've got a 20 just sitting waiting for a place to sit, hmmmm I could get rid of my recliner, oooor maybe the love seat, orrrr the couch, ooor I could get a bean bag chair and get rid of all the other furniture and go and buy some more tanks cause then I'll have plenty of room...but the 360, Wii and the 42in Sony Brava stay |
