Does anyone collect there own fish?

Ok I really wanna do this one day as I have never ever traveled. Maybe in a couple years I may do it

http://www.sealective.com/cgi-bin/we...shtml&cart_id=

http://www.dawnontheamazon.com/tropi...ollecting.html

dawn on the amazon stated this:
"our price includes the
customs fees and paper work involved in getting your prize jewels
back to your personal aquariums. We oxygenate the water, package
them carefully in plastic fish bags, place them in plastic coolers and
you should not have to worry about them for 60 hours. Should your
travel time take more than 2 ½ days we can advise you on how to
take care of them."

I can't think of a person who wouldn't want to do that! It has TONS more varieties of fish than a LFS!

Thats another thing. I love the prices. As soon as I give my mom a down payment I am going to do this. I need adventure. I crave it.

Haha.
Can you imagine a group of people from Fishlore going?
At least everyone on the cruise would know about the nitrogen cycle.

Lol. That is actually a good idea . Maybe in a couple years a bunch of us can go? Maybe turn it into an annual thing?

My dream is to go to Lake Malawi, Africa and collect cichilds. I am sure though since it is Ad Konings aquarium I would have to ask his permission (lol for those who know him).

I would really love to do that though!

After seeing the "killer jellyfish" episode on discovery (they are about the size of a nickel) I wouldn't be able to do what I wanted in the Great Barrier Reef.

What really got me is those scientist had dive suits on and still managed to get stung (the one guy in the face and the girl on her arm where she had a tenacle on her suit). Im def not up for pain like that!
Now florida, amazon no problem!

I told G/F that we are doing this and she said "Ugh! Ok" She is not as excited as I am :P. I just hope I can do it next year. $6,000 goes to my mom for the 11 acres.

I will get pics if I go. I will also offer up trades for most of the wild caught. How cool would it be to have a wild caught arowana or discus? I want to go now.
