dawn on the amazon lets you catch your own. I am going with them. Cheap prices, and i heard the food is out of this world.

inuyasha_lover_21, I'm a bit of an adventurer myself. Sailing my 32 ft sailboat. Think we could sail it down to collect Discus and ship them back? ( I know, its too small and slow)
But someday I'm going to do some major sailing. Maybe around the world!
I would love to collect my own wild discus. I think that sounds like a great adventure!
My house was built in 1850. She pretty old. I'm worried about supports as well. Before I put anything larger than the 55 in, I'll have to put some supports in the basement.

oh oh oh! I wanna go! You would have to fill out certain paperwork before collection. Tomorrow I will try to get a hold of someone to see what needs to be done then I will let you know.

I will. I know customs will probably be one of the places. I hope the fee is not huge.

There is. 2 that I know of at least. I'll try to come up with the links for you. It's super neat.

Lake Malawi Red Zebra Tours

They show you the process in which the divers gather the fish and and take them to the fishery to be shipped across seas. From what I understood from speaking to another collector, you can inquire on prices to keep fish they catch or pay a few to go diving yourself and do your own gathering. I haven't spoken to anyone about it further than that yet as it's going to be years before I plan or can do anything of the sort.
