I was getting ready to take down my sick/quarantine tank and my mother said, "What are you doing? Can't you just leave it up all the time?"

I told her, "It will lose the cycle if it doesn't have fish in it."

She said, "Okay, let's get some fish you can keep in it all the time."

And my father added, "It's so nice looking. Don't take it down."

I nearly dropped dead.

Two days ago I was getting the whole "You can't get any more pets. You have enough animals, the house is a zoo." And then they completely changed their minds.

my parents just say animals that would poop on rugs and stuff like that they say i cna have all the fish i want as long as i dont ask them lol. but your lucky.

My mom is thinking that I've run out of room for tanks... she doesn't know me that I'm already working on that lol.

There is ALWAYS room for more tanks Have you looked at the stands that Drs Foster and Smith has that hold a tank on the top and a tank of the same size on the bottom. I have one of those and it is a great way to squeeze in extra tanks

Been there. My grandma told me no more animals. Then when I ask her to take me over to toys r us she found a sale on 38g tanks at petco. She made a deal with me, ether I go totoys r us or get the 38g.
