LoL random thread, I know....
I'm decorating cupcakes for my sister's bridal shower tomorrow, and I can't seem to find any neat ideas online... so I thought maybe someone on here could help.
I've got the frosting decorating stuff (the bag and all the different tips). Not that I know how to use them, haha but I do have them.
The cupcakes are hot pink and black colored "rainbow" cupcakes. (hot pink and black are her wedding colors).
I don't have to decorate them in any wedding theme, just looking for a cute yet simple (easy to do) idea.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I know you've already decorated the million cupcakes or I'd ask Stacy, since she's the cake decorator.

I ended up just making a million little white "stars" on them. I figured the cakes were wildly colored, so I'd do the icing very plain. Ok ok so I only made like 48 cupcakes, but it felt like a million!

Since it's summer you could have baked them in ice cream cones and frosted in ice cream colors LOL

I had thought about that! But I made the tie-dyed ones instead... and those are hard to see if they are in the ice cream cones.

Even though I wasn't really happy with how they turned out, everyone still liked them. And I didn't have to bring any home, which is always a good thing!

They tasted great, I think I just used a little bit too much food coloring

I've gotten about 2 dozen made so far for this weekends farmers market (the dog rescue has their own booth so i donate baked goods to them). i'll probably spend the whole day tomorrow baking as well.

Today especially! I'm baking all day, the dog rescue I volunteer for has a stand at the farmers market. I need to hurry up and get them done and sent over to someone else's house, I do not need to have all these baked goods sitting around all day calling my name!
