Thanks, I have to ad, I do love my boys to death! I have had a rough few days health-wise and w/ no time to go to the dr and a severe headache and on top of that not being able to stand up w/o being very dizzy from being so anemic they are getting the best of me. My husband works all the time, and the past two days he has had off he has been in the garage fixing his car where the muffler fell off and the tires were bald, so replacing the two and then now hes on the lake w/ his dad trying to get a break from work I am at home w/ the kids.
The only peice I have had today is the past 2 hours where I made banana pudding and gravy and biscuits (breakfast for dinner), and the kids have gorged themselves and are in a daze now. Its the first time I have ever made breakfast for dinner and its a big hit....

I have a friend in the same situation. I've seen the toll it can take on mostly healthy parents, so I can guess how bad it can get for you.
Now I bring you a message from the little guy in red who sits on your shoulder. He says you've tuned him out, and asked me to speak for him.
Hey, just remember, duct tape is your friend. It won't hurt 'em. It will just be for a few hours while you take a nap. They'll love it. All kids love a good challenge. You know you want to do it.

lol duct tape... I bought a pack of 450 water balloons for the day that my husband starts building the deck next month just open the window and bombs away I'll blame the kids, its for payback for me being alone w/ the kids.... now, I think I am going to fill the balloons w/ poo water from the fish tank, or I don't know.. something gross not clean water thats for sure....
his solution for the kids was hey, this weekend on the one day you don't work get mom to watch the kids and get a break.. yea so I can what, get caught up on housework? Actually I dont care how bad the house looks saturday, I am taking that day, and getting a bunch of movies a pillow and a blanket and laying on the couch the whole day w/o kids, turning off my cellphone and the doorbell... even the fish will go one day late on the waterchanges (hey I vaccumed all the tanks yesterday so they can wait a day for a waterchange especially since I tested all the water this evening and all the nitrites, ammonia levels were -0-, and nitrates were between 5-10)
My thyroid has messed up everything, including my womens issues (causing my anemia).... this all happend after my last child... No wonder I have been packing on the extra pounds, I hate it! I never had weight issues my whole life, aside from failing a physical in high school for being too thin...I had to gain weight to play sports that year... that was the issues then, never the opp...

Yea, duct tape is good. Remember the wise words of Tim "The Tool Man" Taylor to "what causes sibling rivalry?" .. "having more than 1 kid"

Yikes, you sure have your hands full. The trick is to keep them busy. Granted, I had girls, thank goodness.
Here are a few things I kept around.
Macaroni, fruit loops anything that can be glued to poster board!
A huge sand pile...or sand box and lots of match box cars.
That fun foamy soap.
Lots and lots of play doh.
Make Gloop! http://www.fun-baby-games-online.com/gloop-recipe.html
A kiddy pool, feel free to join them, even add bubbles! lol
Side walk chalk
A butterfly net and a critter keeper with magnifying glass.
Anything that sparks their imagination and tons of patience on your part!
Good luck, I don't envy you with 2 rambucious boys.
