55 gallon tank

Hi, I started out going to set up a 40 gallon and I have changed my mind and I am looking for a 55 gallon tank. I have been watching craigslist for tanks, but I saw a 55 gallon at walmart and I am wondering if anyone has a 55 gallon from walmart and if it is a decent tank. Also, will the filter and heater that comes with it be alright or will I have to buy different ones? Thank You!

I use the 14 gallon tank from walmart, which is the same company, as my quarantine tank and there's no problems so far (14 days). I also have a 10 gallon for 2 years and no problems.

I think the 55 gallon kit is $150 right? I had originally planned on buying that same kit for a saltwater tank, but i didn't think the equipment will cut it so I opted to buy everything separate. I did notice that the heater from my 14g kit doesn't work sometimes. I also think the HOB filters are noisy with the splashing water. Another reason was I knew I was going to upgrade a lot of equipment anyways. But I do believe that the kit comes with the fluorescent lights, so that might be enough for a freshwater tank, but I'm sure it's not enough for a saltwater.

in conclusion, I think it's a good deal for a freshwater, not too great for saltwater, equipment-wise.
