Spring Fling 08
Currently raining.
It is supposed to slack off about noon.
The dogwood trees are within a week of being at peak, so the yard looks great.
T minus 2 hours 45 minutes.

Thanks.
I am not too upset about the rain, it is knocking a lot of pollen out of the air.

Anyone help with me transporting fish? How big do plastic bags need to be? is a styrofoam cooler absolutely necessary?

Check your thread on it. I replied.. oh, and if you have fish protector or stress coat, a little of that in the water is helpful.

I transport fish with out either.
For as short of a trip as you are planning, I would just bag the fish and keep the car warm.
Remember, when bagging a fish, use 2/3 air and 1/3 water in tha bag.
More good this morning, just pulled 6 alverez swordtail babies.

Not a problem.
We can even meet you out as far as the interstate if needed.
Aslo, so far, 2 more alverez babies.
Why is it they always drop when other things are going on?

Fish can be quite mischievous sometimes. and no need to meet us at the interstate, were getting off I-75 and heading for that little clump of roads, thats where we might get stuck, but we'll call you if anything happens. I just got the fish in a padded box and now waiting for my ride. you said something about taking the puffer, I have to say I'll feel pretty bad just dumping the guy off with you if you dont have any space. I mean they can be hard to take care of at times, and aggressive. I didnt get any responses wanting the little guy so I don't know what to do really.

Dino, I have to say I had a blast. I could've stayed there all day and talked about anything. You have a beautiful home, and quite the establishment. If the situation allows I will jump at the chance to return. I just wish I could've stayed longer.
