Best way to decorate my tank?

I am at a loss of what the best way to decorate my 10 gallon tank would be. I have a large bell, a large plastic plant, and two medium sized plants. WHEN I get live plants, I will probably take most/all of the plastics out, but til then, how should I use what I have to decorate my tank and still not have it cluttered? One thig is, I want to keep the bell in. I want a sort of spacy look, but not too empty, like having 2/3 of the tank open water.

Included are two pics of my two former tank setups. Thanks.

If you are looking for color, I got a DecoArt plastic? fluorescent anemone for my 10g. It has a couple of tunnel/caves underneath it and really brightens up the tank. It looks very SW, but that is the look I wanted.

Decorating a tank is very personal. Just be creative and I'm sure it will turn out really neat.
