This is a prelimenary note on the topic until Mike has a chance to be on the forum and speak on the matter if he chooses.
Any former member that received a 'banned' status from the Moderator/Administrator staff should not be making secondary account names and trying to 'argue' it or try to think they will be allowed to get around the rules.
We do not discuss member bannings/suspensions with non-moderator/administrator members because, frankly, it is a management issue and makes things go smoother and happier if it is handled quietly.
When 'Eagles Fan'/'Swords3711' was banned it had proper merit. He was grossly immature by creating the second account and attempting to smear Dino's and Dave's names on this forum by saying that they were the ones that banned him. It doesn't matter what Moderator/Administrator bans someone and is yet again, no one's business but Management.
I post this only because of the 53 posts made between last night and this morning by the banned member. One of which several members, who shall remain nameless

debated his banning with him. If a banned member does this in the future, please, just ignore them. Bannings are not up for debate or discussion after rendered.
Sorry to anyone who was brought down emotionally by having to deal with the 'not fun' stuff and I apologise to those affected by the banned member.
