I want to start this thread by saying that the majority of us use foul language atleast when we are losing our tempers, and some of us use it in common chats, but it is not appropriate on a child-friendly website such as Fishlore.
That includes the common ones.
I have to edit a couple of posts a day just in the ones I see, and I don't usually go through each post. It seems people have tried pushing the bounds on this issue, mainly through relaxing their watch on their own language.
As a moderator it is our job to edit posts that contain cursing and
issue warnings due to violation of the 'Terms of Service' agreement that everyone had to click 'I agree' on when they joined this site. Please, get control of it so that it doesn't become an issue.
We really do not like having to discipline members. (That holds true for
1st day newcomers all the way to
folks with several years on the site.)

A good rule of thumb is to review your post after posting it,
if foul language is missing from your post, then it is deemed inappropriate and it will not show. It is not acceptable to break-up the word or *** out only part of it to avoid the warning... just don't use the language.
Thanks for your cooperation.
