Honestly, I tend to see the beauty in most people, so it would be impossible for me to list a "most attractive." There are only three things that I find unattractive: Extremely thin, extremely overweight, and excessive implants (lip, breast, whatever). As far as the extremely thin/overweight thing, I should say that I'm not talking about women who are naturally thin, like many Asian women or those with Dark Irish blood, and I'm definitely not talking about those who have natural curves. Rather, it's women who starve themselves, use "water pills", eat too much, and/or don't exercise that I find disgusting (Paris Hilton looks anorexic to me, and so I find her hideous). I am further biased against women who keep themselves artificially thin because of what they do to the self-esteem of America's youth.
I'm not against plastic surgery/implants, but if they end up not looking natural, it bothers me. I can't stand Pamela Anderson because I still connect her with her plastic figure from the Baywatch days. Natural, or at least natural-looking, is better in my eye.
Also, how I feel about someone as a person drastically affects what I think about their appearance, so my opinion is often a bit skewed.
Lastly, the types of roles a person is in will greatly influence what I think about her appearance. Often, being in a Sci-Fi or Fantasy flick means really, really cool clothes, and that leaves a permanent mark on my brain (like Jennifer's feathered dress as she walked through the desert in The Cell). After that point, I will associate the person with the clothes.
