Fish Fry

I am the Proud Father of a young lady who was told that she needed to be set back in Pre-school because she wasn't smart enough for kindergarten. Well tomorrow my Daughter will show them all that she is smart enough and advance to the first grade. SO KUDOS"S to my daughter for sticking it to the man!!!!

Way to go Fish Fry's Fry!! Kids develop at their own rate.....More often than not it takes just one thing to click and off they go....Our pre-school told us that our son would have difficulty reading...In Kindergarten he read, but was a reluctant reader....Then in first grade, they put him in a "reading recovery" program and off he took!!! Now he's in 3rd grade, in the top reading group and is a reading buddy for a 1st grade student....All it takes is for that one little thing or even a connection with a teacher to click.....

That's really good news...She's on her way now!! EXCELLENT!!

Congrats, school systems tend to be weird with strange rules. Who know's maybe she'l get a good teacher next year.

Congrats to your "fry" and to you for supporting her!! As someone just said... everybody learns at different speeds, I think schools should know that by now.
At the job I just left I had to train people to do certain things. Yes they had to all learn the same things but I had developed different techniques for teaching these procedures just because all people don't learn the same way or at the same speed.
Again HURRAY for your daughter!
