Why eat when you can consume all your nutrients in GEL form? I do! www.agel.com I even get paid to do it! Also helps pay all those fish bills.

OK so I stretched it a bit, not ALL my food, just mainly my vitamins. (and a new protein they just came out with) They taste great! Are easy on the stomach! No more choking down a hand full of pills! :P I haven't been so healthy or energetic in years. Even Donald Trump takes this!

Or for those unfortunate folks who can't run any more cause they had their stomach stapled, and don't get enough nutrition from eating.......Well neither pertains to me. I just found I like them.

Not Me! We are having a heat wave! The one thing we are not set up for is really warm temps. It is 8 pm and 86 F! The sun is shinning, and will be all night! Last night it developed into an electrical storm, which is so unusual that they came on TV with 'warnings' just like a tidal wave was coming! There was thunder and lightning, and hale, but no problems.

Sleeping tonight won't happen!

yea, i would find the long nights and the long days that you have there to be quite an adjustment. growing up in FL, i'm very sun-oriented and even Denver feels weird to me during winter months.. the foothills cause summer months to be similiar to FL in terms of sunlight hours.

i am used to it being warm and staying warm - that's just part of life in FL.. for most of the year.
