Water Parameter testing record sheet..

I made a sheet in Microsoft Word so I have a nice way to track my readings when I test the water. The whole story can be found here in my sweet fishlore powered blog!! ----> http://gargoyle.fishloreblog.com/?page_id=10

If you like it let me know.. Also if it is missing something let me know that as well...

Re: Water Parameter testing record sheet..

I actually think that is great. My only question is, what about the other things that can be in your tank that can be tested(i.e. copper, phosphate, etc.)? If you don't mind I am printing off a copy for myself.

Re: Water Parameter testing record sheet..

Print away!! That's why I uploaded it in the first place..

I can add whatever you think it needs. Or possibly just empty ones that can be filled in by the tester. I just placed all of the ones I test for regularly.
So I should add copper phosphate and what else do you think ?

EDIT: Just made a new one... Can be found through the same link. Let me know what you think of the new one.

Re: Water Parameter testing record sheet..

Very nice, I also like the reference to Fishlore. Do you mind me asking how much extra work it would be for it to have a saltwater and a freshwater since FW doesn't have specific gravity, oir would you just N/A in those spots?

If you could tell me what each list would need it would be no problem at all... I know VERY little about saltwater so I have nothing to draw from to separate the items. Then I will update the blog and lists with both of them...

Thanks!!

Re: Water Parameter testing record sheet..

Both of them are very good. It must take a bit of time to set it all up.

Nice.

I think I'm going to download a copy and import it into Excel. I like Excel a bit more for this type of application, since you can make graphs and things to watch trends over time.

Thanks.

Thanks.
I thought about using excel but more people have some sort of "Word" program on their PC's so I went with that. I would love to see what you come up with.
