Hey theres no page on how to take care of puffers. i think it would be a good addition becasuse alot of people seem to have them or are at least interested in knowing about them if they dont already. Just an idea... i mean we have pages on some fish that i bet only maybe one person has, still necessary but why not a puffer page

Good idea, though it's more up to Mike. Unfortunately there aren't a whole lot of members with puffers, we did have one awhile back who loved them but she hasn't been on in awhile, left us Up to Mike

I have three green spotted puffers that I completely adore! I would love to see puffer pages here, they are such characters!

Yep - just added the freshwater/brackish puffers board. I'll add a board for the saltwater puffers once I organize that section. Thx for the suggestion.

cool, what about some info for them in the care freshwater area in home....theyre not there eitherlike where it says what they eat temperature etc..thats actually what i mmeant..but i do really like the board idea!

It's not on FishLore, but there is a very good site strictly about freshwater puffers.

Agreed, can't wait till this summer, will be able to learn so much more without school, will be reading so much saltwater info online. Just put down puffers to research too

Hey I have some teachers that are useless. He just says, go read it in your book, well the book has no answers in it so I don't even know if I'm doing it right. So unfortunately I'm not taking a third year of spanish because of him, I'll be too far behind. Were writing a letter and signing it and giving it to our principle so hopefully he can be fired or at least corrected. But really it's that I'll have a lot more time, sports and school take up a lot of time, especially varsity track meets, I don't know if you've ever been to one but they do take awhile, we end up using a whole saturday at one.

Oh I wasn't knocking you... I was laughing at the current school system. I totally agree that in a lot of cases it's become a complete joke (good for you and your class for standing up to that lame teacher). I had a teacher like that in college and when told to stop asking him and go read it in the book I said "good idea" and dropped his class. And in the spot for writing the reason I said 'because the teacher suggested not listening to him'. My counselor called me to verify if I was serious because he had other complaints about the same teacher. Next semester he was no longer a member of the faculty at that school. But I'm wayyy off topic here, so puffers, puffers, puffers... back on now .

Yeah, there are no freshwater/brackish puffer profiles on the main site yet. I have to many "irons in the fire" right now and need to refocus on creating more profiles. If anyone has some good freshwater puffer photos that we can use for profile pages, email them to support at fishlore.com. Include your name if you want a photo credit and I'll use them for when I create the profile pages. Also, these have to be your photos and not lifted from another website.
